This warm-hearted, hilarious and award-winning gem of British comedy returns for its second season! The Royle Family - Season 2 (The Royle Family - Season 2) brings the everyday yet so recognizably familiar life of the Manchester-based Royle family into their living room on screen.
Father Jim's (Ricky Tomlinson) sarcastic shots from the depths of the sofa, mother Barbara's (Sue Johnston) constant worrying and smoking, daughter Denise's (Caroline Aherne) wedding excitement with her fiancé Dave (Ralf Little), and the family's son Antony (Ralf Little) being sent out to buy tea make up an unparalleled whole. In the second season, we look forward to Denise and Dave's upcoming wedding, among other things, and follow the family's everyday interactions right in front of the television.
