"Once upon a time... everything was completely messed up!"
In Fairyland, things are usually balanced: good always wins and evil gets its due. All of this is overseen by the Wise Man of Fairyland, along with his assistants Monk and Mambo. But when the Wise Man goes on vacation, Cinderella's evil stepmother Frieda gets her hands on a magic wand and decides to change the course of history.
Suddenly, bad guys take over, wolves and giants attack, and nothing goes according to plan. Cinderella (Ella) must rebel, forget her dreams of a prince, and team up with the kitchen helper Rick to save Fairyland before the end is anything but happy.
