Our golden hero has returned home, but this time without the championship belts or the millions. Rocky V takes the saga back to where it all began: the rough streets of Philadelphia. Injuries and financial hardship force Rocky to hang up his gloves, but his blood draws him back to the ringside - this time as a trainer.
Rocky finds the hungry and talented Tommy "The Machine" Gunn, but soon discovers that loyalty is fleeting in the cutthroat world of boxing. The film culminates in one of the most brutal and unusual final fights in the series, fought not under the bright lights of Vegas, but on a dark street with bare fists.
