What would you do if you knew you were running out of time?
The Bucket List is a warm, funny and profound story about two very different men who find each other in an unexpected place: a hospital room. One is the wealthy and quick-tempered business magnate Edward Cole ( Jack Nicholson ), the other is the cultured and hardworking auto mechanic Carter Chambers ( Morgan Freeman ).
Although the men seem to have nothing in common, they have one thing in common: the desire to live their last moments to the fullest. They create a "Bucket List" - a list of things they want to experience before they "kick the bucket". A great adventure begins that takes them around the world: from the racetrack to the pyramids and the peaks of the Himalayas. Along the way, they learn what is truly important in life - friendship, forgiveness and joy.
