The horror deepens and the curse spreads! The Grudge 2 continues the chilling story of the successful film series based on the Japanese Ju-On cult horror franchise, directed by the creator of the original, Takashi Shimizu, and produced by horror master Sam Raimi.
A woman named Aubrey (Amber Tamblyn) travels to Tokyo to help her sister Karen (Sarah Michelle Gellar), who has been hospitalized. In Tokyo, Aubrey quickly discovers that the dark and merciless curse - a furious force born at the moment of a violent death - has not died out. The curse not only lurks in the old haunted house, but begins to spread like an epidemic, reaching unsuspecting people as far as Chicago. No one is safe when the vengeful spirit turns on its victims.
Filled with an oppressive atmosphere, chilling sound effects, and terrifying scenes, The Grudge 2 is an essential choice for fans of Asian and Western horror.
