Elling and the Touch of a Woman (Norwegian Elsk meg i morgen, English Love Me Tomorrow) brings the universally loved eccentric poet Elling (Per Christian Ellefsen) back to the big screen. The film was directed by Petter Næss, who also directed the successful first Elling film.
Friends Elling and Kjell Bjarne have lived in their own Oslo apartment for three years. Kjell Bjarne enjoys family life with Reidun and their young daughter, but Elling is increasingly withdrawing into himself and observing the world mostly through a gap in the curtains. Everything changes, however, when Elling meets the woman of his dreams, the tousle-haired Lotta, at a local stall selling battered vendace. A cat-and-mouse game begins, forcing Elling to overcome himself in order to win the heart of the woman of his dreams.
