The year is 2257. The Babylon 5 space station has just begun operations in the Neutral Zone, intended to serve as a diplomatic meeting place for races from different galaxies. The situation immediately escalates when Vorlon envoy Kosh is the target of an assassination attempt upon his arrival. Suspicion falls on the station's commander, Jeffrey Sinclair.
