It is 50 BC. All of Gaul is occupied by the Romans... all of Gaul? No! One tiny village of brave Gauls still holds out against the invaders. Now this legendary comic strip has turned into flesh and blood (and, of course, a huge number of wild boars).
When tax collector Claudius Incorruptus discovers that the remote parts of Gaul refuse to pay taxes, he calls upon Julius Caesar himself for help. However, the Romans do not expect to face Getafix's magic potion, let alone the two friends, one of whom is as cunning as a fox and the other... well, fell into the magic potion cauldron as a slightly bigger boy.
