Produced by and starring horror master Eli Roth (Hostel, Cabin Fever), Aftershock is a breathtaking and bloody survival thriller in which a natural disaster instantly turns into a living hell.
A group of young tourists - including "Gringo" (Eli Roth) - enjoy Chile's vibrant nightlife and party in an underground nightclub located in a ravine in Valparaíso. Their revelry comes to a catastrophic end when a powerful earthquake strikes the area and crushes the nightclub in seconds. The survivors manage to make their way back to the surface, but an even worse nightmare awaits them: a city plunged into chaos, with the power out, the prison's most dangerous inmates on the loose, and panic-stricken people fighting for their lives without rules.
Aftershock combines a fast-paced disaster movie with uncompromising survival horror in an unpredictable and brutal fight for survival.
