Delivery time

• To Finland: Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days.

• If the product's delivery time differs from the above, we will inform you separately on the product's presentation page.
  

Delivery methods

Deliveries are mainly made via Posti and Matkahuolto . If you wish to use another transport service, prices and terms must be agreed separately with us before ordering.

You will receive a package with the delivery, which serves as a receipt for your purchase and a warranty certificate.

Ordering and prices

• Subscribers under the age of 18 must have a guardian's consent to place an order.

• All prices include VAT.

Right of return

The products you order have a 14-day right to exchange or return .

• Before returning the product, please submit a return notification by email to: info@pienidvdkauppa.fi
• The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition (e.g. the plastic wrap on DVDs must be intact).
  

• Please include your account number and any reason for the return (e.g. defective product, broken product, etc.) with your return to speed up processing.

• Customer pays return shipping costs

Shipments damaged in transit

Although we pack our products carefully, sometimes the package may be damaged during transport. If you notice that the package and product are damaged when you receive the shipment, please contact our customer service immediately by email: info@pieniedvdkauppa.fi We will arrange with you to deliver a replacement product.
