Terms of Use – Pienidvdkauppa.fi

1. Registration

1.1. Placing an order does not require registration. However, when placing an order for the first time, the consumer may, if they wish:

a) Register in the Pienidvdkauppa.fi customer register by providing your name and other requested information.
b) When registering, the consumer must consent to Pienidvdkauppa.fi registering personal data in its customer register. Customer data is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

1.2. The consumer must exercise caution and care when using the online store.

2. Binding nature of the order

2.1. Communication between the parties takes place by email. After placing an order, the consumer undertakes to monitor their email to receive an order confirmation. 2.2. A binding sales contract comes into force when Pienidvdkauppa.fi has sent an order confirmation by email. 2.3. The consumer has the right to cancel the order or part of it by contacting the email address [info@pienidvdkauppa.fi] before delivery. Delivery is considered to have taken place when the order has been sent or the consumer has received a pickup notification. 2.4. After placing an order, Pienidvdkauppa.fi does not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the order in question.

3. Prices

3.1. All prices include the current value added tax (VAT 25.5%). The current price is visible in the online store and is stated in euros (EUR).

4. Delivery

4.1. The estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days to Finland. 4.2. Any possible deviations in delivery times are indicated on the product-specific presentation page. 4.3. If the product is needed by a certain date, this must be mentioned when ordering. We will try to take this into account as much as possible. 4.4. If the order contains products with different delivery times, the order will be delivered in its entirety according to the longest delivery time. 4.5. Pienidvdkauppa.fi chooses the shipping service to be used (e.g. Posti, Matkahuolto, DHL,).

5. Payment terms

5.1. Payment service provider: Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an intermediary for online banking and card payments in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement and forwards the payment to the merchant.

6. Returns

6.1. The consumer has a 14-day right of return from receipt of the product. The returned product must be in the same condition as when received (sealed products, such as DVDs, must be unopened). 6.2. The return notification must be made by email to [info@pienidvdkauppa.fi] before returning.

7. Shipments damaged in transit

7.1. If the shipment or product is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service immediately [info@pienidvdkauppa.fi] to arrange for a new product to be delivered.

8. Complaints

8.1. If the delivered product is incorrect or damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable time by email. The incorrect delivery will be returned free of charge in accordance with our instructions. Once we have received the return, we will refund the purchase price paid without delay.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. Pienidvdkauppa.fi is not responsible for delays or obstructions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. war, natural disaster, official decision or public transport disruption).
